The Office provides continuous professional and administrative support to researchers at all stages of the project cycle - from the identification of financial opportunities and the preparation of project applications, to implementation and reporting. Special focus is placed on increasing the success of project applications, efficient project management and strengthening the international visibility and competitiveness of the Institute.<\/p><p><strong>Vision of the Office for Projects and International Cooperation<\/strong><\/p><p>The vision of the Office for Projects and International Cooperation is for the Institute of Information Technologies to become recognized as a competitive and reliable partner in international research projects, with a stable portfolio of funded projects and a developed network of cooperation. The Office strives to build a sustainable project support system that enables continuous growth of research excellence, an increase in the volume of external funding and the active involvement of the Institute in leading European and global initiatives. In the long term, the vision involves positioning the Institute as a center that successfully integrates science, innovation and international cooperation for the purpose of social and technological development.<\/p><p><strong>Objectives of the Office for Projects and International Cooperation<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Systematic monitoring and analysis of national and international calls for funding for scientific research and innovation projects.<\/li><li>Increasing the number and quality of project applications through expert support to researchers.<\/li><li>Improving the Institute's success in obtaining projects and increasing the overall volume of funding.<\/li><li>Developing and strengthening international cooperation through establishing partnerships and participating in consortia.<\/li><li>Efficient management of approved projects through administrative, financial and organizational support.<\/li><li>Strengthening the capacity of researchers through education and workshops in the field of project preparation and implementation.<\/li><li>Support for connecting science with industry through cooperation projects and technology transfer.<\/li><li>Improving institutional visibility through active participation in international initiatives and networks.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Organization and method of work of the Office<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p>The work of the Office for Projects and International Cooperation is organized through three interconnected program units: <strong>a program unit for identifying calls and developing project ideas<\/strong>, <strong>program unit for project preparation and application<\/strong> and <strong>program unit for project management and international cooperation<\/strong>, with additional activities involving all members of the Office. The work is based on a clearly defined information flow and coordination between units, which ensures efficiency, quality and timely implementation of all activities. The Office operates through a linear and cyclical process in which relevant calls and project opportunities are first identified, then project ideas are developed and applications are prepared, while after the approval of the projects, their efficient implementation and reporting are ensured. Activities include analyzing calls, assessing their compliance with the Institute's research capacities and informing researchers in a timely manner. This unit also provides support in the development of project ideas, partner identification and consortium formation.<\/p><p><strong>Program unit for project preparation and application<\/strong><\/p><p>This program unit is responsible for providing expert and technical support in the preparation of project applications. Activities include assistance in the preparation and structuring of project documentation, as well as budget preparation in accordance with the rules of the financiers. In addition, administrative control of applications and their timely submission through appropriate platforms is ensured.<\/p><p><strong>Program unit for project management and international cooperation<\/strong><\/p><p>This program unit covers activities related to the implementation of approved projects, including administrative and financial monitoring, preparation of reports and communication with financiers and partners.
