During an official visit to the University of Ningbo (People's Republic of China), Dr. Nenad Jankovi\u0107, Scientific Advisor of the Institute of Information Technology, participated in a series of meetings with the University's leadership, leading researchers and representatives of the Chinese pharmaceutical and automotive industries. Special emphasis was placed on deepening scientific cooperation and defining joint research projects. His plenary lecture was particularly noteworthy, attracting great attention from members of the pharmaceutical industry and the academic community.<\/p>

Dr. Jankovi\u0107 also attended the opening ceremony of the joint Chinese-Serbian research laboratory for the application of nanotechnology in the automotive industry, whose operations will represent a key platform for future projects and strengthening strategic technology transfer between academia and industry.<\/p>

As a crowning achievement of the visit and as a sign of the highest recognition for his exceptional contribution to the development of international scientific cooperation and the strengthening of ties between Serbia and China, Dr. Nenad Jankovi\u0107 was ceremoniously promoted to the position of a member of the Supervisory Board and to the title of Visiting Professor of Ningbo University. This prestigious appointment represents an exceptional honor and one of the highest recognitions that a foreign researcher can receive in the academic system of the People's Republic of China, confirming the reputation and strong partnership between the Institute and Ningbo University.
