Parameters such as the number of citations, h-index, composite c-score, and the position of the author in the publications (first, last, or co-author) are taken into account. The special value of the list is reflected in the fact that it provides insight into scientific contribution at the level of 22 scientific fields and 174 narrower fields.<\/p>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The 2024 award represents an exceptional achievement for both the researcher himself and the Institute and the University as a whole. Dr. \u017diko Milanovi\u0107 is recognized as one of the leading young scientists in the field of theoretical and computational chemistry. His work stands out in defining the mechanisms of antioxidant action of various polyphenolic compounds through quantum-chemical calculations, while additionally encompassing the application of modern computational methods and software tools for molecular docking and molecular dynamics.
