Applications in Medicine<\/strong><\/p><p><em>INTELHEART team showcases innovative solutions at Jiao Tong University, Hainan Campus<\/em><\/p><p>Researchers from our institute, Dr Bogdan Mili\u0107evi\u0107, Ognjen Pavi\u0107 and Lazar Da\u0161i\u0107, members of the INTELHEART project funded by the Science Fund of the Republic of Serbia, participated in the prestigious \u201cHai Now\u201d training programme held from March 16 to 27, 2026, at Jiao Tong University, Hainan Campus, in the People\u2019s Republic of China.<\/p><p>The visit focused on professional development and dissemination of research activities related to the application of artificial intelligence in medicine. During the programme, the INTELHEART project was presented to the organizers and an international group of students from Portugal, the Philippines, Vietnam, Kyrgyzstan, Angola, and Egypt.<\/p><p>The sessions enabled in-depth exchange of technical expertise, particularly in the development of AI-driven decision support systems. These systems have significant potential to enhance early detection of diseases, including various cancers, pulmonary conditions, and heart failure.<\/p><p>By engaging with a diverse international cohort, the team established new opportunities for collaborative research and contributed to the global advancement of innovative diagnostic technologies.
