Brief description of the research

The researcher is engaged in experimental work in the Laboratory of Bioinformatics and Applied Biology, with a focus on cellular and molecular biology of cancer. Activities include preclinical testing of bioactive substances of biological and synthetic origin.

She is trained to work in vitro on human and animal cell lines, using methods of cell biology, molecular biology, genomics and proteomics.

Additionally, it analyzes blood samples from patients with cardiovascular diseases in order to isolate genetic material, monitor gene expression, and identify polymorphisms.
