Подршка даљем развоју и јачању научно-истраживачких капацитета Института
Министар науке, технолошког развоја и иновација, академик Бела Балинт, посетио је јуче Институт за информационе технологије у Крагујевцу, где је одржан састанак са руководством Института.
Током састанка представљени су организациона структура, истраживачки капацитети и стратешки правци развоја Института, чији је рад усмерен на широку примену информационих технологија у различитим научним областима. Посебна пажња посвећена је инфраструктурним и истраживачким капацитетима Института, као и њиховој улози у развоју савремених научних и иновативних решења.
Директор Института, др Далибор Николић, представио је процес трансформације Института, научноистраживачке правце и кључне развојне приоритете установе. Он је истакао да се фокус рада базира на примени информационих технологија и вештачке интелигенције у развоју терапијских, агробиолошких и решења у области заштите животне средине, са циљем креирања паметних, одрживих и ефикасних метода и процеса.
Помоћник директора др Жико Милановић представио је активности усмерене ка даљем унапређењу научноистраживачког рада и међународне сарадње, као и планове развоја Института у складу са европским стандардима и савременим токовима у области науке, технологије и иновација.
Министар Балинт нагласио је да ће Министарство наставити да пружа снажну подршку даљем развоју Института, као и његовом повезивању са другим научноистраживачким установама у земљи и иностранству.
Након састанка, делегација Министарства, коју су чинили и в.д. шеф Кабинета Сава Стамболић и посебни саветници министра др Ивица Ђаловић и Александар Тео Петровић, обишла је просторије Центра изврсности у Крагујевцу, који ће, у складу са усвојеним закључком Владе Републике Србије, у наредном периоду постати нови дом Института за информационе технологије у Крагујевцу.

Minister Bela Balint Visits the Institute for Information Technologies in Kragujevac
Continued support for the Institute’s scientific development and research capacities
Academician Bela Balint, Minister of Science, Technological Development and Innovation, visited the Institute for Information Technologies in Kragujevac yesterday, where a meeting was held with the Institute’s management.
During the meeting, the organizational structure, research capacities, and strategic development directions of the Institute were presented. The Institute’s work is focused on the broad application of information technologies across various scientific fields. Special attention was given to the Institute’s infrastructure and research capacities, as well as their role in the development of modern scientific and innovative solutions.
The Director of the Institute, Dr. Dalibor Nikolić, presented the process of the Institute’s transformation, its scientific research directions, and key development priorities. He emphasized that the Institution’s activities are focused on the application of information technologies and artificial intelligence in the development of therapeutic, agrobiological, and environmental solutions, with the aim of creating smart, sustainable, and efficient methods and processes.
Assistant Director Dr. Žiko Milanović presented activities aimed at further enhancing scientific research and international cooperation, as well as the Institute’s future development plans aligned with European standards and contemporary trends in science, technology, and innovation.
Minister Balint emphasized that the Ministry will continue to provide strong support for the further development of the Institute, as well as for strengthening its cooperation with other scientific and research institutions in Serbia and abroad.
Following the meeting, the Ministry’s delegation, which included Acting Chief of Cabinet Sava Stambolić and Special Advisors to the Minister Dr. Ivica Đalović and Aleksandar Teo Petrović, visited the premises of the Center of Excellence in Kragujevac, which, in accordance with the adopted conclusion of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, will in the coming period become the new home of the Institute for Information Technologies in Kragujevac.
