У периоду од 28. септембра до 2. октобра 2026. године, др Јована Делић реализовала је Еразмус мобилност у сврху обуке (Staff Mobility for Training – STT) на Универзитету у Фођи, у Италији, у оквиру Департмана за пољопривреду, прехрамбене технологије, природне ресурсе и инжењерство (Department of Agriculture, Food, Natural Resources and Engineering – DAFNE).
Током мобилности, истраживачке активности реализоване су у сарадњи са професором Антониом Деросијем (Antonio Derossi) и истраживачицом Роселом Капорици (Rossella Caporizzi), а биле су посвећене области 3D штампе хране, иновативне технологије која пружа нове могућности за развој и обликовање прехрамбених производа.
Боравак на Универзитету у Фођи омогућио је стручно усавршавање, размену знања и искустава са колегама из међународног академског окружења, као и упознавање са истраживачким приступима у области примене адитивних технологија у прехрамбеном сектору.
Еразмус+ програм мобилности доприноси интернационализацији високог образовања и науке, подстичући размену знања, развој стручних компетенција и повезивање истраживача из различитих европских институција.
Erasmus Mobility at the University of Foggia
From 28 September to 2 October 2026, Dr. Jovana Delić undertook an Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Training (STT) at the University of Foggia, Italy, within the Department of Agriculture, Food, Natural Resources and Engineering (DAFNE).
During the mobility, research activities were carried out in collaboration with Professor Antonio Derossi and researcher Rossella Caporizzi, focusing on 3D food printing, an innovative technology that offers new opportunities for the development and shaping of food products.
The visit to the University of Foggia provided an opportunity for professional development, the exchange of knowledge and experience with colleagues in an international academic environment, and familiarization with research approaches to the application of additive technologies in the food sector.
The Erasmus+ mobility program contributes to the internationalization of higher education and research by promoting knowledge exchange, the development of professional competencies, and the establishment of connections between researchers from different European institutions.
