Унапређење дигиталних капацитета и модернизација пословних процеса Института
Институт за информационе технологије Крагујевац, који представља в.д. директора др Далибор Николић, потписао је уговор о коришћењу лиценци за CRM софтвер са Канцеларијом за информационе технологије и електронску управу Републике Србије.
Уговор је потписан са циљем унапређења дигиталних капацитета Института, модернизације пословних процеса и примене савремених софтверских решења која доприносе ефикаснијем управљању подацима, унапређењу комуникације и организацији пословних активности.
Коришћење CRM софтвера омогућиће додатно унапређење дигиталне инфраструктуре Института и подржати даљу дигиталну трансформацију у складу са савременим стандардима у области информационих технологија и електронске управе.
Овај корак представља значајан допринос развоју институционалних капацитета и стварању услова за ефикасније функционисање, као и за даље унапређење научноистраживачких и иновационих активности Института.

Agreement on the Use of CRM Software Signed with the Office for IT and eGovernment
Enhancing the Institute’s Digital Capacities and Modernizing Business Processes
The Institute for Information Technologies Kragujevac, represented by Acting Director Dr. Dalibor Nikolić, has signed an agreement on the use of CRM software licenses with the Office for Information Technologies and eGovernment of the Republic of Serbia.
The agreement was signed with the aim of strengthening the Institute’s digital capacities, modernizing business processes, and implementing advanced software solutions that contribute to more efficient data management, communication, and organization of business activities.
The use of CRM software will further improve the Institute’s digital infrastructure and support its ongoing digital transformation in accordance with modern standards in the fields of information technologies and eGovernment.
This step represents an important contribution to the development of the Institute’s institutional capacities and the creation of conditions for more efficient operations, as well as the further advancement of its research and innovation activities.
