Свечаном академијом обележена годишњица рада Института под слоганом „Снага науке је у партнерствима“
Седам година рада Института за информационе технологије Крагујевац
Институт за информационе технологије Крагујевац обележио је седму годишњицу рада свечаном академијом која је окупила представнике државних институција, Универзитета у Крагујевцу, научноистраживачких организација, сараднике, партнере и пријатеље Института.
Под слоганом „Снага науке је у партнерствима“, овогодишња академија била је прилика за осврт на резултате остварене током претходних седам година, али и да се представе планови и правци даљег развоја Института. Учеснике су поздравили в.д. директор др Далибор Николић, помоћник директора за научноистраживачки рад др Жико Милановић, ректор Универзитета у Крагујевцу проф. др Владимир Ранковић, члан Градског већа за образовање Душан Алексић и представник Министарства просвете проф. др Јанко Самарџић.
Посебно је истакнуто да Институт улази у нову фазу развоја, усмерену ка модернизацији, јачању научноистраживачких капацитета и даљем позиционирању као препознатљивог центра научне изврсности. Значајан део програма био је посвећен Центру изврсности Универзитета у Крагујевцу, у оквиру којег је Институт добио више од 600 квадратних метара савременог лабораторијског простора, чиме су створени додатни услови за развој интердисциплинарних истраживања и нових научних пројеката.
Током свечаности представљени су најзначајнији резултати истраживача Института, као и бројни национални и међународни пројекти из области вештачке интелигенције, биомедицине, хемије, биологије и информационих технологија. Посебно признање представља чињеница да се чак 13 истраживача Института налази међу првих 10% научно изврсних истраживача у Републици Србији према листи Министарства науке, технолошког развоја и иновација, што потврђује висок квалитет научног рада и значај Института у оквиру научне заједнице Србије.
Свечаност је употпуњена музичким програмом у којем су наступили Елена Јанковић, студенткиња соло певања у класи професора Војислава Спасића, и Милош Миливојевић, студент хармонике у класи професора Владимира Благојевића.
Обележавање седам година рада представљало је прилику да се потврди опредељеност Института ка даљем развоју научне изврсности, јачању сарадње са домаћим и међународним партнерима и стварању иновативних решења која доприносе развоју науке, привреде и друштва.

The Institute’s Anniversary Celebrated with a Ceremonial Academy Under the Motto “The Strength of Science Lies in Partnerships”
Seven Years of the Institute for Information Technologies Kragujevac
The Institute for Information Technologies Kragujevac marked its seventh anniversary with a ceremonial academy that brought together representatives of government institutions, the University of Kragujevac, research organizations, collaborators, partners, and friends of the Institute.
Held under the motto “The Strength of Science Lies in Partnerships,” this year’s celebration provided an opportunity to reflect on the achievements accomplished over the past seven years, while also presenting the Institute’s future plans and development directions. The attendees were addressed by Acting Director Dr. Dalibor Nikolić, Assistant Director for Research Dr. Žiko Milanović, Rector of the University of Kragujevac Prof. Dr. Vladimir Ranković, Member of the Kragujevac City Council for Education Dušan Aleksić, and Representative of the Ministry of Education Prof. Dr. Janko Samardžić.
Particular emphasis was placed on the Institute’s transition into a new phase of development focused on modernization, strengthening research capacities, and further positioning the Institute as a recognized center of scientific excellence. A significant part of the program was dedicated to the Centers of Excellence of the University of Kragujevac, within which the Institute has been allocated more than 600 square meters of modern laboratory space, creating additional opportunities for the development of interdisciplinary research and new scientific projects.
During the ceremony, the Institute’s most significant research achievements were presented, together with numerous national and international projects in the fields of artificial intelligence, biomedicine, chemistry, biology, and information technologies. A particularly noteworthy accomplishment is the fact that 13 Institute researchers are ranked among the top 10% of scientifically excellent researchers in the Republic of Serbia, according to the list published by the Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation. This achievement confirms the high quality of the Institute’s research and its important role within the Serbian scientific community.
The ceremony was complemented by a musical program featuring Elena Janković, a vocal performance student in the class of Professor Vojislav Spasić, and Miloš Milivojević, an accordion student in the class of Professor Vladimir Blagojević.
The celebration of the Institute’s seventh anniversary provided an opportunity to reflect on past achievements while reaffirming its commitment to scientific excellence, strengthening cooperation with national and international partners, and creating innovative solutions that contribute to the advancement of science, industry, and society as a whole.
