Organization and method of work of the Office
The work of the Office for the Promotion of Science and Institutional Development is organized through three interconnected program units: a program unit for content and scientific communication, a program unit for design and a program unit for digital content distribution, with additional activities involving all members of the Office. The work is based on a clearly defined flow of information and materials between program units, ensuring efficiency, quality and a unique visual identity of the Institute.

The work of the Office is based on a clearly defined linear process in which the content and scientific communication program unit first prepares the textual content, after which the prepared material is forwarded to the design program unit, which performs its visual processing and combines the text and graphics into a single whole, while the finalized material is then delivered to the digital content distribution program unit, which is responsible for publishing on the website and distributing via the website, social networks and/or other forms of media. This work model ensures consistency of content, high quality visual presentation and efficient distribution of information.
