Institute of Information Technologies Kragujevac
The bodies of the Institute are: the Board of Directors and the Director.
Governing body
- adopts the statute of the Institute with the prior consent of the ministry responsible for scientific research issues,
- decides on the operations of the Institute,
- adopts the financial plan and procurement plan of the Institute,
- adopts the business report and annual accounts,
- adopts the program and work plan of the Institute, upon the proposal of the Director of the Institute,
- adopts the Program of Scientific Research Work and the Program for the Development of Scientific Research Youth of the Institute,
- appoints and dismisses the director,
- adopts general acts of the Institute in accordance with the law and the Statute,
- adopts the Rules of Procedure for its work,
- decides on the use of funds, in accordance with the law,
- makes proposals on the association of the Institute into complex forms of organization and the establishment of legal entities, in accordance with the law,
- performs other tasks, in accordance with the law and the Statute.
The Board of Directors decides by a majority vote of all members of the Board of Directors.
