The management of the Institute for Information Technologies, University of Kragujevac, met with representatives of MDPI, Katarina Branković and Aleksandar Marković, to assess opportunities for establishing and advancing institutional cooperation.

The discussion addressed various partnership models aimed at strengthening research performance, enhancing academic publishing practices, and improving the global visibility of research outputs. Particular emphasis was placed on the role of open access as a key driver of knowledge dissemination and scientific impact.

Participants also explored concrete avenues for future collaboration, including thematic publications, joint events, and broader involvement of researchers in editorial and peer-review activities
