Brief description of the research
Research includes:
а) Determining structural changes during the binding of commercial drugs to certain blood plasma proteins, as well as examining the specificity of drug-protein interactions in simulated physiological conditions.
б) Testing the interactions of newly synthesized compounds with human serum proteins and a DNA molecule (calf DNA). Binding constants, binding sites, thermodynamic parameters and the nature of the forces involved in binding are determined.
In this way, binding constants will be determined, as well as binding sites, thermodynamic parameters, and the nature of binding forces between the drug/newly synthesized compounds and proteins.
